Practical American Martial Science

Tong Il Lo is a streamlined, tactical martial science engineered explicitly for real-world self-defense. We step away from traditional kata, forms, and purely aesthetic movements to focus entirely on fluid body mechanics, efficient striking physics, and rapid tactical skill acquisition.

No Forms or Kata

Every second spent training is dedicated to live, fluid target applications and active defensive scenarios—never rehearsed choreography.

Combative Mechanics

Our curriculum blends practical elements of striking, joint control, and positional awareness into a highly responsive framework.

Character & Focus

While our physical application is intense and practical, our mental culture instills deep personal discipline, safety, and respect.
